Hi, I’m Jennifer

I work with adults and couples who often appear capable on the outside while struggling on the inside with anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, or the effects of unresolved trauma.

Through individual and couples therapy, I help people better understand what’s keeping them stuck, reconnect with what matters most, and find a different way forward.
